And I had a really long rant typed out but no one likes those so I'm just gonna COMPLAIN instead. In my own special way. I'm being, at least like... half serious. Maybe. I dunno. Maybe like 75/25...? IT'S LATE OKAY I DON'T GOTTA MAKE SENSE.

Hnnnnnggggg I feel so... deprived? Or romance? Is that how I word this? I have no idea but basically I AM A HOPELESS ROMANTIC WHO HAS NOTHING. TO BE. ROMANTIC. ABOUT. That's like a role player who has no role to play or teacher who has no teachings to teach or a politician with no politics to... politicate!

I DON'T EVEN WANT TO DATE. I JUST WANT SOMEONE TO SPOIL AND DOTE ON AND MAYBE HOLD HANDS WITH WHILE WATCHING SOME SAPPY ROMANTIC MOVIE AND THEN FALLING ASLEEP WITH THEIR HEAD ON MY SHOULDER.

THEN I COULD BUY THEM CUTE THINGS AND DRAW THEM FUNNY PICTURES AND TEASE THEM TO MAKE THEM GIGGLE/BLUSH/TSUNTSUN AT ME ALL DAY LONG.

IS THAT SO MUCH TO ASK?

As you can see, turning 20 so close to Valentine's Day just kind of makes things worse. 

But hey, at least I won't be alone. Two of my roommates have, in the past week, broken up with their boyfriends. We have plans to go raid candy stores on the 15th.

So. Another thing that sucks about this is that Ion's account stuff all expires the day after I become old. BUT~ I took this weird survey thing at school and got like $10 free in the mail for it, which will pay for another 2 months of paid-time and icon space. ISN'T THAT NICE? Just gotta go deposit that badboy. :|b SOMETIMES COLLEGE SPAM IS NICE.

Anyway.

I'll probably post again on my actual birthday with a ridiculous picture.

Duuude, that's where I am too @__@ So I just draw fictional people in relationships and now it's like my DA has become a tribute to my romantic frustration.

But really, I feel like it's not so uncommon. When I was younger I thought *everyone* had their first dating experience in high school, but now I know there are plenty of people who wait into their 20's.

You are a good person, so just continue being social and someone wonderful will come along for you !

Annddd when you do find your hand-holding romancy-person you can tell them that you waited ~all this time~ just for them~



(Though I gotta say, I do not condone throwing bears for any reason. ಠ_ಠ)

Man, idk. When I was in college, I was all down on myself because I'd never been kissed or even really held hands with anybody. And then I got sloppy drunk and made out with some random. Not the way anyone's first kiss ought to go. I want to say it's overrated, but I have the privilege of being able to say that from the perspective of having experienced it; I know I was jellies of all my friends before I'd ever had all the experiences I've, um, had.

That said I think you'll find somebody. It isn't easy and sometimes it takes a long time but if you want it to happen, it'll happen.

And....looooool, my life has been bereft of romance for the past year and a half. With the exception of a few isolated incidents that ended poorly because I never know what I'm doing or how I feel about anything. Lesson from this year: THE BOY YOU LIKE AND THE BOY WHO LIKES YOU ARE NEVER THE SAME BOY.
